Federal law requires us to provide the following notice to membersbefore any "negative information" may be furnished to a nationwideconsumer reporting agency. "Negative information" includes informationconcerning delinquencies, overdrafts or any form of default. Thisnotice does not mean that we will be reporting such information aboutyou, only that we may report such information about members that havenot done what they are required to do under our agreement. Afterproviding this notice, additional negative information may be submittedwithout providing another notice.
Wemay report information about your account to credit bureaus. Latepayments, missed payments or other defaults on your account may bereflected on your credit report.
